I was wondering the same thing and was thinking of trying it to find out. But if you're having problems right out of the gate, and (as I see) the github repo hasn't been touched for five years, I think we have our answer. Too bad. A fairly minimal, filesystem-based GUI-CMS tool would be helpful for cases where you don't want or need Wordpress or Drupal or similar.
